Referred to as “We”, “Us”. “Ours” in these terms.

We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom as an Electronic Money Institution (FCA Reference number: 900088).

Giveaway Overview

We are running a promotional event to choose a lucky winner for a Giveaway Prize. The Giveaway Prize is two tickets to Formula 1 British Grand Prix on the weekend of 3rd of July 2026 to 5th July 2026 (“the Grand Prix Event”)

The Giveaway Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

Eligibility Requirements

You need to be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to participate in the event. If you are our employee or staff or are involved in the conduct of the event, you are not eligible to participate in the draw for the Giveaway Prize.

Event Communication

We have shared a post on LinkedIn on the Give Away Prize event.

How to enter:

There is no entry fee. To participate in the event:

• You follow us
• You subscribe to email list via Google Form
• Leave a reaction on the promotional post of this event
• You must have a public LinkedIn account in your own name to enable us to verify your identity.

Platform & Participation Rules

You must comply with all applicable rules of the LinkedIn when responding to or sharing promotional content.

We reserve the right to remove any fraudulent or inappropriate entries.

Timeline

Entry for the Giveaway Prize Draw opens on the 11th December 2025 and closes on the 11th January 2026.

Winner Selection

We will put all eligible entries such as your subscriber email IDs received by closing date into an online randomiser from which we will draw a random winner. Our auditor will supervise the process to ensure the selection is entirely based on chance.

Winner Announcement & Communication

The winner will be announced on the 12th January 2026. The winner will be contacted via LinkedIn private messages or via email. Announcement will be public on 12th January 2026 on our Cardaq LinkedIn profile.

Non-Response Policy

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Grand Prix Event Disclaimer

To be clear we do not host Grand Prix Event, nor do we sponsor the event. We are not responsible for any eventuality or issue with the hosting of the event, its schedules or your attendance of the event. Please pay attention to and comply with any Grand Prix Event terms and conditions including those printed on the ticket. If the organisers prevent you attending from attending the Grand Prix Event based on their rules or terms and conditions , we are not liable to compensate you.

Prize Details & Required Personal Data

Winner will receive two tickets to the Grand Prix Event.

You need to share the following personal information for the two persons i.e. yourself and the person who will join you at the event:

• Email
• Phone number
• First Name
• Last Name
• Address details which include Street, City, Post Code, Country

We will use this information to book the winning tickets, forward these tickets to you and to administer related activities for managing the prize.

We will use your personal information described below to process your entry to and to conduct the event. Your Name, Surname, and Email

Data Processing for the Winner

If you win, we use the information in section 15 to provide the Giveaway Prize to you.

Marketing Preferences

Once you subscribe to any of our promotional activities, you will receive clear information on what those activities are and the option to opt out or specify your preferences at any point. However, if are the winner of the Giveaway Prize and your entry was based on subscribing to our newsletters, we expect you to remain subscribed for at least a year.

Data Retention & Data Rights

Personal data we collect are used and retained only as required for the purpose shared with you, or for record keeping purposes in case of a dispute and that period typically is no longer than five years.

If you would like to request a copy of the record of the data we hold on you, or if you have specific requests such as deletion of your data please contact [email protected].

Amendments

We may cancel, suspend or amend the draw for the Giveaway Prize where it has become necessary for us to do so to comply with applicable laws or due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms, or any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or relating to these terms.

Declining the Terms

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not enter the draw for the Giveaway Prize. If this is the case and should you have a technical problem withdrawing your entry, please contact us on [email protected].
